How do I download my pattern after purchase?
After completing your purchase you will receive an order confirmation email containing a download link. You can also find your downloads anytime in My Account → Orders. Downloads are available immediately after payment is confirmed.
What format are the patterns in?
All patterns are delivered as PDF files. They include both A4/Letter home-printer sheets and a large-format (A0) version. Simply print at home, tape the pages together, and you're ready to cut.
Can I get a refund on a digital pattern?
Because our patterns are digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, if you experience a technical issue — broken file, missing page, or wrong item — we will resolve it immediately. Contact us and we'll make it right.
My download link has expired. What do I do?
Download links expire after 7 days for security. Simply log in to My Account → Downloads to re-access your files at any time. If you have trouble, contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out immediately.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk licences?
Yes — we work with sewing schools, fabric shops, and community studios. If you'd like to discuss a bulk licence or educational partnership, choose "Partnership / collaboration" in the form above and tell us about your project.
How do I know which size to choose?
Every pattern includes a detailed size chart with bust, waist, and hip measurements. We always recommend cutting by your largest measurement and grading between sizes at the waist if needed. Still unsure? Drop us a message — we love helping with fit.
