At Miraj Patterns, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because our products are digital downloads, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Digital Product Nature
All products sold on Miraj Patterns are digital PDF files. Once a file has been downloaded, it cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. This is why we provide detailed product descriptions, size charts, and skill-level indicators to help you make an informed decision before buying.
3. General Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is complete and files have been downloaded. Please ensure that you review all product details carefully before completing your order.
4. Exceptions — We Will Make It Right
While our general policy is no refunds, we recognise that technical issues can occur. We will gladly resolve any of the following problems:
- Corrupted or broken file: if your download is incomplete, will not open, or contains errors.
- Wrong item delivered: if you received a pattern different from the one you purchased.
- Missing pages or content: if the PDF is missing pages, pattern pieces, or the sewing guide.
- Duplicate charge: if you were accidentally charged more than once for the same item.
If you experience any of these issues, please contact us at contact.miraj.patterns@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the problem. We will investigate and provide a replacement file or refund at our discretion.
5. Download Issues
Download links are available immediately after purchase and remain active for 7 days. If your link expires before you download your files, you can always access them by logging into your account and navigating to My Account → Downloads. If you do not have an account or cannot access your downloads, contact us with your order number and we will reactivate your link.
6. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or skill-level mismatch. We encourage you to read the product description thoroughly, check the included size chart, and assess whether the pattern suits your experience level before purchasing.
7. Fraudulent Purchases
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases where we suspect fraudulent activity, abuse of our policies, or violation of our Terms and Conditions. This includes but is not limited to chargeback abuse, account sharing, and unauthorised redistribution of our patterns.
8. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend your account and revoke access to all purchased files. We strongly encourage you to reach out to us directly — we are here to help and will resolve legitimate issues promptly.
